How Full Arch Implants Work
Four or six titanium implants are placed in the jawbone in a single surgical session, and a full arch of prosthetic teeth (10–14 teeth) is attached to them as one fixed unit. In most cases a temporary prosthesis is attached the same day, so you leave with teeth — no removal, no adhesives.
All-on-4 uses two front implants placed vertically and two rear implants placed at an angle to maximize bone contact, which works with less bone volume and is more affordable — ideal for patients with some bone loss. All-on-6 uses six vertically placed implants for superior load distribution and posterior support, requiring more bone volume but offering the greatest long-term stability.
